Terms Of Use
The effective date of this Agreement is November 5th, 2008.

These Terms of Use set out the legally binding terms with respect to your use of the Littlestar Website. Please read these Terms of Use carefully. Your access to and use of the Littlestar Website constitutes your acceptance of all the provisions of these Terms of Use.

We reserve the right to modify the Terms of Use at any time without prior notice to you. If you are unwilling to be bound by these Terms of Use, you should not access or use the Littlestar Website. By visiting the Littlestar Website, you agree that the laws of the State of Washington will govern these Terms of Use and any dispute that might arise between you and Little Star Prints LLC.

Copyright
By submitting your order to Littlestar Prints, you certify that you own sole legal reproduction rights to any and all images and text that you provide. You agree to accept full and exclusive liability and responsibility for the reproduction of any and all images and text that you provide. All professional or copyrighted images or text must be accompanied by a signed Copyright Release Form. Further, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Little Star Prints LLC and its agents, officers, employees and business partners for any and all liability, damages and expenses occurring as a result of processing and printing copyrighted materials of any type.

Ownership
The Littlestar Website, including all text, photographs, icons, graphics, images, software and other aspects thereof (excluding User Content), and the collection, arrangement, and assembly of the Littlestar Website, including all copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights, are owned by Little Star Prints LLC. Any User Content posted by you is owned by you. Nothing contained in these Terms of Use shall be deemed to grant to you or any other User any rights, title or interest in or to any copyright, trademark or other proprietary right of ours or any of our licensors.
 
A digital version of your card will be sent to you via email, and Little Star Prints LLC retains full ownership and copyright of these digital cards forever. You are granted a free and perpetual license to use and distribute these digital cards for non-commercial use only e.g. sending to friends and family via email or posting to your personal website. Further, any commercial use or any physical reproduction of digital cards is expressly forbidden. Little Star Prints LLC may revoke this license at any time and for any reason, or for no reason, by giving User simple notice via email or USPS mail at the sole discretion of Little Star Prints LLC.

Any trademarks and other indicators of source or origin that are displayed on the Littlestar Website are the proprietary property of Little Star Prints LLC. None of such marks may be used in connection with any other product or service, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among consumers.

Nothing in these Terms of Use shall be deemed to grant to you or any other User any license or right in or to any patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary right of Little Star Prints LLC.

Rights Reserved
Little Star Prints LLC reserves the right to refuse service and to terminate service with any User at any time for any reason, without notice. Little Star Prints LLC will not intentionally allow to be printed any material that, in our sole opinion, may be questionable, objectionable, illegal, or not in alignment with our business philosophy.

Miscellaneous
We cannot return submissions to Littlestar Prints. Anything you send to us is ours to keep forever. The Littlestar Website is for general use, and is not intentionally marketed to children under the age of 18.
