Our goal is to exceed your expectations in every way. Should our product fail to gain your approval, please do not hesitate to contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of the product shipping date and we will correct the situation. If you are not satisfied with your purchase after this time period, please let us know as your satisfaction is very important to us.
Littlestar Prints places powerful editing tools under your sole control, thus we cannot accept returns based on customer-controlled errors or omissions (e.g. image quality, grammatical errors). That said, we will make every effort to assure you are satisfied with your product, including having our graphic designers review every order and providing you with dummy-check tools, such as automated warnings when our software suspects your image may be too small.
In the event of a Littlestar error, correcting the situation will be our priority. We will offer you either a complete exchange of the product with the fastest available shipping and credit towards future purchases or a complete refund. If you choose a full refund we will kindly ask you to return the order in its entirety, and we will provide you with a postage-paid shipping label by which to do so. We will refund your full purchase price immediately upon receipt and inspection of your returned order confirming the Littlestar error.
We reserve the right to reject any exchange or return claims not meeting these criteria.
Once an order has been verified and approved by you, then placed and confirmed in our system, it cannot be canceled.
